Why is shipping so high?
Since the pallets weigh between 100-200kg, they must be sent via a shipping company. The number of weights plays a key role here. You can save on shipping costs if you pick up your return pallet from our warehouse yourself.
What are Mystery Boxes?
Mystery boxes are packages that could not be delivered by Amazon and were therefore returned. They were not opened when they arrived at the returns warehouse and are being resold as unopened returns.
What are dealer pallets and dealer boxes?
Retailer pallets and boxes are a collection of return items that are delivered directly to us from various Amazon returns warehouses. Amazon packs them in large boxes and delivers them to us. You can see in the attached Excel table which items are exactly on the pallet or in the box.
Did we open the boxes and pallets ourselves?
We do NOT open any items we receive from Amazon. We are middlemen and sell the items as they were delivered to us by Amazon.
Occasionally, individual pallets are opened because customers want to get a first impression of the contents of the boxes. In such cases, it may happen that we already store product images (a maximum of 20% of our product portfolio) directly behind the corresponding items in the shop. However, it is important to emphasize that no products are taken. This can ultimately be checked using the Excel spreadsheet. If you are seriously interested, we can also provide you with pictures. How long does delivery take?
Shipping processing usually only takes one working day. The shipping time by courier is 2 to 5 days. DHL needs 1 to 3 days to deliver the packages. This means that your order should arrive within a maximum of 5 days (information without guarantee).
Do you also ship abroad?
Yes, we also ship abroad. Shipping costs can vary depending on the destination and must be calculated individually. In order to tell you the exact shipping costs, we need the zip code, country and city. Please contact us via our contact form or live chat for further information.
What is the condition of the goods?
The condition of the goods can be A, B, C or D, which means that it can range from new to partially defective.
Which payment methods do we accept?
We accept credit card payment, instant bank transfer, normal bank transfer and cash upon collection.
Can I collect the goods?
Yes, you can of course pick up the goods. Simply select “self-collection” at checkout. Our two warehouses for self-collection are located near 26160 Bad Zwischenahn.
